Dear Santa

Dear Santa

Dear Santa,

People say you don’t exist and they make fun of me when they see me believing in you. There are a lot of things we don’t know that really do exist or not but we still believe them. I had heard you bring present for the kids who have been good the whole year.

Behaving ethically and honestly the whole year for wonderful gifts might sound bribing to some but whatever works you know. Life as a kid can be the single best thing that can ever happen to anyone because of no loyalty issues, no greed, no unethical practices etc. I really think you really do exist but people had stopped believing in you as they grow old. I think saying “SANTA doesn’t exist” had made people into believing that they can stop being good and they have received the license to practice unethically. It might sicken you, my dear Santa, how those wonderful kids who once were believed the good of the world are same ones to destroy the very last hope of goodness.

People think that because they don’t receive gifts from you means you don’t exist but why can’t they think that they might have to stop being good. Greed had taken our mankind, lust is often misspelled for love, the thirst for power has blinded the society and the hypocrisy is the new religion and fake and disloyalty is the new trend. It’s not that Santa doesn’t exist it’s that out poor Santa gets confused with two faces of people.

But my dear Santa I know have been a good person and might have taken some bad decision but I promise to try little harder the next year. Like every other teenager even I want something from you but not for me, I am already satisfied with what I have and you have given me a lot.

“Be thankful for your life because the life you are living is already the dream billions”.

My dear Santa, it’s time for you to sit back and enjoy and let Karma do its rest. It’s time for your cousin to get in action and let him gift people for their Christmas. I just have one wish “the deserving gets it all”.

Thank you Santa and again sorry for the disappointing you again but I promise to do better the next year and the year later. I promise you I would not stop believing in you because I might not receive your gifts on time for Christmas but I am sure it gets delivered for rest of the year.

                                                                                                                                                     Yours sincerely,

                                                                                                                                    The one who still believes
